Classic Chocolate Sponge Cake
Ingredients:

4 eggs

1 cup granulated sugar

1 cup flour

2 tbsp cocoa powder

1 packet baking powder

1 packet vanilla sugar

Non-stick TAVAMAX spray oil

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F).

Beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy and light.

Sift in the flour, cocoa, baking powder, and vanilla. Gently fold with a spatula.

Spray a round cake tin with non-stick oil.

Pour in the batter and bake for 30–35 minutes. Use a toothpick to check doneness.

📌 Thanks to the TAVAMAX spray oil, the cake releases smoothly from the pan with no sticking.
